JUST NOW: Vernon Allen III, WR (2025), Discusses Notre Dame Offer

The Notre Dame receivers coach Mike Brown called Vernon Allen III last Friday to make another scholarship offer on behalf of the Irish, adding to the 2025 Maryland receiver’s growing number.

The star player from Baltimore City College High School remembers, “basically, he said he loved my game and he wanted to offer me a scholarship to Notre Dame.”

Wisconsin was added by Allen earlier this week to a list that already included institutions from Florida, Maryland, North Carolina, Duke, Virginia Tech, Penn State, and Michigan.

Allen was fired up by the Irish offer.
