The Orlando Magic’s Jonathan Isaac has a huge influence, but the team needs to be careful how much playing time it gives him.

Moving forward Prior to the Magic’s match against the Oklahoma City Thunder a week ago, Jonathan Isaac had missed ten games in a row. In a recent interview, head coach Jamahl Mosley discussed the team’s thoughts on getting Isaac back into the starting lineup.

Mosley remarked, “It’s working his way back.” And for that reason, we need to exercise caution in how they react to games being played. We want to use caution in that regard.

Even though Isaac is only averaging 6.2 points per game this season, the Magic value him greatly for all else he accomplishes on the court. His ability to protect almost every position is one of his special talents; it’s not something that appears on the stat sheet like other things he does.

The fact that Isaac has never been able to stay on the court is the only true problem with him. Throughout his career, he has suffered serious injuries that have kept him out of the game for whole seasons. Thus, Isaac has the potential to make the kind of impact that everyone on the squad knows he can if he can recover from his injury and remain there.

On Sunday, Isaac and the Magic team will return to action against the Miami Heat. The game will tip off at the Kia Center at 6 p.m. ET.
