BRAKING NEWS: The day for annual G- have terminated…

Particularly for football players, spring practice is one of the most thrilling periods for collegiate athletics.

 

As the weather warms, you begin to see more players on the field and receive a preview of your team’s lineup for the upcoming campaign. Any football program’s spring game is thrilling, and ever since Kirby Smart took over at Georgia, the student body has shown out in force.

Georgia has announced the date of its yearly G-Day, so Bulldog supporters can now mark their calendars for when they may see their team once more. One and a half months from now, on April 13th, is the day that has been established. Bulldog Nation witnessed the homegrown product of Lawson, Luckie, dominate the ranks and win over supporters’ hearts last year. We will undoubtedly witness another new freshman steal the show and the hearts of supporters in spring, but we will also get a firsthand look at the improvements made to the program by the transfer portal additions.

Since taking over the program, Georgia’s head coach Kirby Smart has virtually always challenged the fans, so expect another challenge from him during this spring game. Go ahead and make time in your calendar for what promises to be another fantastic Red and Black spring game, even though no details regarding ticket sales or the number of supporters admitted to the stadium have been made public yet.
