Apparently, one striker in particular wants to sign a transfer to West Ham United in January.

For a while now, West Ham has been clamoring for a legitimate striker who can fit David Moyes’s system.

And it looks like the Hammers manager is getting closer to bringing in the ideal candidate for the London Stadium position during the January transfer window.

We have been continuously linked to forward Boulaye Dia for the last two years or so, dating back to 2021.

Now, it seems as though West Ham may be able to finally integrate the 27-year-old into the team.

A recent report from Calcio Salernitana claims that Dia’s first priority is to sign with the Hammers this month.

But that’s not the case at all. Just €15 million (£12 million) is now all that Salernitana is requesting for the Senegal international.

Now, this is unquestionably a no-brainer for West Ham. Dia would significantly outperform Michail Antonio.

The strong hitter possesses extraordinary strength, boundless vitality, and remarkable speed.

He is more than capable of playing with his back to the goal, and he never hesitates to go tirelessly and selflessly into the channels to support his teammates.

Moyes must act quickly to ensure that the Salernitana striker may join West Ham during the January transfer window if that is his true desire.

We are about to unveil a really amazing side. A strong striker who is a perfect fit for Moyes’s system is one of the only things lacking, but adding Dia would instantly solve all of those problems.
