“Tool Live in the Sand” Festival

In addition to their tour, Tool is hosting “Tool Live in the Sand,” a three-day destination festival in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, from March 7–9, 2025. This unique event will feature two headlining sets by Tool, along with performances by Primus, Mastodon, Coheed and Cambria, Eagles of Death Metal, and more. The festival offers fans an immersive experience combining music and luxury accommodations.

Anticipation for New Material

While the band has not released a new album since 2019’s “Fear Inoculum,” bassist Justin Chancellor has indicated that Tool is working on new material. He emphasized the band’s commitment to quality over speed, stating that art follows its own schedule.

Fans worldwide are eagerly awaiting Tool’s return to the stage, anticipating the band’s signature blend of complex rhythms, immersive visuals, and thought-provoking lyrics. With a mix of historic firsts and exclusive events, Tool’s 2025 tour promises to be a landmark chapter in their storied career.
