In a triumphant return to the stage, Kings of Leon have officially resumed their 2025 world tour following lead singer Caleb Followill’s recovery from a serious heel injury. The band had previously canceled several European and UK dates due to the injury, which occurred in a “freak accident” while Followill was playing with his children.
Now back on his feet, Followill and the band are set to headline the Come Together Festival in Newcastle on June 8, 2025. This marks their first major performance since the injury and signals the band’s readiness to reconnect with fans.
Following the Newcastle show, Kings of Leon will perform at Blackweir Live in Cardiff on June 29 and at the Lytham Festival in Lancashire on July 2. These performances are part of their “Can We Please Have Fun” tour, promoting their ninth studio album released in May 2024.
The band is also scheduled to perform at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, from July 18 to 20, 2025, alongside Zach Bryan. Additional dates are planned for August and September in the U.S., France, and the U.K.
Fans can expect a mix of new material and classic hits like “Sex on Fire” and “Use Somebody” during these performances. Tickets for the upcoming shows are available through the band’s official website and authorized ticket vendors.
With Followill’s recovery and the band’s return to touring, Kings of Leon are poised to deliver electrifying performances to fans worldwide
