BREAKING: L’Jarius Sneed Nearing Full Recovery — Titans Star CB Expected Back by Training Camp

NASHVILLE, TN — The Tennessee Titans just got a major boost to their defense, and the timing couldn’t be better. Star cornerback  Sneed, who was acquired this offseason in a high-profile trade from the Kansas City Chiefs, is reportedly on track to make a full return from injury ahead of training camp per Titans head coach Brian Callahan.

Sneed, known for his lockdown coverage, physical play, and championship pedigree, had been nursing a knee issue during the offseason — raising concerns about his readiness for the 2025 season. But Callahan was confident in his recent update:
“L’Jarius is progressing very well. He’s been locked in mentally, and the physical work is going according to plan. We expect him to be a full go when camp opens.”

This is  huge news for a Titans secondary that struggled last season, ranking near the bottom of the league in pass defense. Adding Sneed — a Super Bowl champion and arguably one of the most versatile corners in the NFL — was already considered a game-changer. Now, with his health trending upward, Tennessee’s defense could take a major leap forward in 2025.

Fans were quick to react on social media, with hashtags like SneedIsland and  TitanUp trending minutes after the update dropped. Many believe Sneed could immediately become the  cornerstone of the Titans’ new-look defense, especially alongside young talents like Roger McCreary and Amani Hooker.

Sneed’s presence gives Tennessee a true No. 1 corner, someone capable of shadowing elite receivers, shutting down passing lanes, and bringing playoff experience to a hungry roster. His return

also allows the Titans’ defense to be more aggressive up front, knowing they have a reliable anchor on the back end.

With training camp just weeks away and optimism building in Nashville, the Titans’ secondary might finally have its alpha — and fans can’t wait to see him back in action.
