25 Years of Let’s Talk About Feelings — Lagwagon Reunites Classic Lineup for Anniversary Concert Series

Punk rock legends Lagwagon are set to ignite the stage once again, celebrating the 25th anniversary of their iconic 1998 album, Let’s Talk About Feelings, with a massive reunion concert series fans never saw coming. The band, fronted by the ever-passionate Joey Cape, announced this nostalgic and emotional journey through their social platforms earlier today — and it’s already sending shockwaves through the punk community.

The tour, titled Let’s Talk Tour 2025, will bring back the band’s classic lineup, reviving the energy and raw emotion that defined a generation of skate punk fans. Guitarist Chris Flippin, bassist Jesse Buglione, and drummer Dave Raun will all rejoin Cape on stage, delivering full live performances of the Let’s Talk About Feelings album — track by track, with exclusive deep cuts, unreleased demos, and acoustic reworks.

Released in 1998, Let’s Talk About Feelings became one of Lagwagon’s most beloved records, combining skate-punk speed with deep lyrical reflection — and tracks like “May 16,” “Owen Meaney,” and “Messengers” have become punk anthems. The anniversary shows will mark the first time in decades that the band performs the full album live in its entirety.

“We owe this one to the fans,” Joey Cape said in a video message. “This album changed our lives, and we want to give it the celebration it deserves — with the people who were there from the start.”

The concert series will kick off in Santa Cruz, California — where the band originated — before moving across the U.S., Europe, Australia, and Japan. VIP packages, exclusive vinyl reissues, and anniversary-themed merch will be made available at all venues, and a limited-run documentary titled Let’s Talk: A Lagwagon Story is also set to premiere alongside the tour.

Pre-sale tickets go live this Friday, and judging by the early response, most shows are expected to sell out within minutes. For Lagwagon fans, this isn’t just a concert — it’s a once-in-a-lifetime tribute to one of punk rock’s most heartfelt albums.
